Was ist nun ein <span style=\"color: #800000;\">&#8222;hei\u00dfer Konflikt?&#8220; <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Hei\u00dfe Konflikte &#8211; \u00a0zum Beispiel Konflikte am Arbeitsplatz &#8211; sind offen erkennbar und werden auch offen ausgetragen.Die Konfliktparteien sind von ihren Standpunkten meistens derartig \u00fcberzeugt oder die Angelegenheit ist ihnen so wichtig, dass sie direkt und \u00a0ohne Blockieren im Hintergrund versuchen, die jeweils andere Partei zu \u00fcberzeugen. Die Position der anderen Konfliktpartei wiederum versuchen diese zu schm\u00e4lern. Es ist also ein \u00b4hitziges\u00b4 Hin und Her.
